JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position Title: Technical Officer (Service & Maintenance)
• Working Location: West (Jurong Port) – Nearest MRT: Lakeside
• Working Hours: 5.25 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), Every Alternate Saturday, (8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4000 + OT + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

• Monitor, operate, and maintain cement plant machinery, including crushers, kilns, mills, and packing units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent plant operations.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure optimal equipment efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, plant operating procedures, and environmental regulations. Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Work with process engineers and plant supervisors to optimize production processes and improve yield and energy efficiency.
• Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for any maintenance or repair jobs.
• Record, analyze, and report operational data, including machinery performance, production rates, and quality control results, to assist with performance reviews and decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to resolve technical issues and support plant improvements.
