About the role Accession, prepare, stain, and coverslip cytology specimens (including HPV/LBC and FNA biopsies) with accurate labeling and identification of urgent cases. Maintain lab operations, equipment, reagents, and FNA kits, ensuring cleanliness, order, and adherence to health & safety guidelines. Support quality assurance, audits, and accurate record keeping, following SOPs, set TAT and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with senior scientists and team members, delivering and collecting specimens across departments and reporting issues promptly. Assist with client supplies, waste disposal, and any additional lab tasks as required. About you Holds an Associate Diploma in Health Sciences (Pathology) Techniques or equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow protocols accurately, excellent communication, and proven problem-solving skills. Experienced in using and maintaining cytology and histology laboratory equipment, with familiarity in laboratory information systems. Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
