support the agreed delivery of technical services in the designated area, and facilitate Chemical and Biomolecular engineering undergraduate classes within the laboratories
deliver training to facility users in the safe operation of equipment, building inductions, and general laboratory procedures
support the implementation of service improvements and service excellence within the responsibility area
contribute to a positive, professional and customer-focused team culture
support the effective utilisation of resources within the designated area of responsibility, ensuring that the education/research requirements are effectively met
champion best practices, workplace health and safety, compliance, and risk management
seek and act on opportunities to cross-skill, including drawing on the knowledge and expertise of others
collaborate with other TSS teams across the university and support the operations of projects managed centrally as required.
