Job Overview The Technical Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient technical onboarding experience for new students, instructors, and internal teams. This role focuses on system setup, technical guidance, platform readiness, and ongoing support during the onboarding phase to ensure successful program adoption. Key Responsibilities Manage the technical onboarding process for new students and instructors on iSchool platforms Set up user accounts, permissions, learning tools, and required systems Conduct technical orientation sessions and walkthroughs (online and/or on-site) Ensure all technical requirements (devices, software, internet, platforms) are met before program start Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and provide timely support Collaborate with Operations, Education, and IT teams to resolve onboarding challenges Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and FAQs Track onboarding progress and report technical readiness status Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and tools Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in technical support, onboarding, or IT-related roles Strong understanding of online learning platforms, LMS, and digital tools Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Compatible Salary.
