We’re looking for a proactive Technical Operation Support Specialist who enjoys coordination, troubleshooting, and working in an international environment. Ensure smooth technical operation of Service Station (SeS) systems across MOL Group countries Coordinate patching, upgrades, certificate renewals, and system rollouts Support audits, vulnerability scans, and testing environments Work closely with infrastructure teams (network, cybersecurity, data centers) Oversee hardware setup (cash registers, terminals, back‑office PCs) Prepare reports, provide training, and support IT asset management What Do We Expect? University degree in IT Strong coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Fluent English (spoken & written) Calm, reliable, and professional approach—even under pressure Team player with a proactive mindset ITIL, MCSP, project management certifications or retail IT knowledge are a plus Ability to navigate and understand SW/HW/ infrastructure and network solutions.
