ROLE
Full time position Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Office based in Kentford Newmarket CB8 7PN
Salary based upon experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the day-to-day running of our broadband technical support team.
Identify, log, and escalate technical faults using internal systems
Assist 1st line support
Liaise with the networks and ensure customers connections are resolved quickly
Test systems and troubleshoot issues
Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance customer experience
