As part of our growth, we are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth deployments and successful customer onboarding. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define and configure user journeys, manage technical implementation, and provide data extraction and management that supports both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities Manage and support deployment and implementation of Reflectiz Define, configure, and validate user journeys Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define technical requirements Deliver accurate data extraction and reporting for internal stakeholders Handle data management and write/optimize complex SQL queries Requirements 1+ years of experience as a Developer or Technical Engineer Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Strong background in Web Applications and the DOM Knowledge of Databases (SQL / MSSQL) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Start-up mindset: agile, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver Fluent in English (spoken and written) knowledge of the DOM, HTML5, and CSS Selectors Web Automation: knowledge of Puppeteer using TypeScript to navigate complex, asynchronous web applications. Advantage Experience in Cybersecurity, B2B, Jira or SaaS Cloud environments – advantage

Responsibilities

This role is central to ensuring smooth deployments and successful customer onboarding by managing and supporting the implementation of the Reflectiz platform. Responsibilities include defining and validating user journeys and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver accurate data extraction and reporting.
