Job Description Financial Operations, Vendor Governance & Maintenance Supervision Process, verify, and record OPEX invoices with precision, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and timely submission to the Finance team for payment. Enhance vendor governance by addressing billing discrepancies, validating supporting documents, and ensuring vendors adhere to service level agreements, pricing terms, and documentation standards. Track and monitor OPEX budgets across all stores, prepare consolidated monthly accruals, and support month-end closings to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage procurement workflows via Easy Ordering and P2P systems by raising purchase orders, validating process compliance, and ensuring full audit readiness of all documentation. Coordinate the renewal of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by working closely with internal management, suppliers/vendors, and the Legal Department, ensuring that contract terms are updated, compliant, and aligned with operational and financial requirements. Consolidate, verify, and report monthly utility and energy data for all stores to support cost monitoring and financial planning. Technical Repair & Maintenance Management Assisting line manager in leading technical repair and maintenance activities by initiating / coordinating work requests, reviewing quotations, validating technical scopes, and ensuring cost-effective, timely completion of jobs. Liaison closely with the Department Manager - Repair & Maintenance to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance tasks that minimize downtime and maintain store operational readiness. Review and validate maintenance-related invoices, ensuring accuracy of attached work reports, quotations, and management approvals before processing through Finance. Ensure comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules, service logs, equipment history, and compliance documentation in liaison with store teams. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
