Description
Minitab is seeking a hands-on, motivated intern to support the Technical Operations department, which includes desktop support, network, and cybersecurity teams. This role offers practical, real-world experience in IT support and operations in a corporate setting. Key Responsibilities: Receive, log, and manage IT inventory Set up and relocate computer equipment and desks Transport and test workstations, monitors, and docking stations Provide basic desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting Perform minor hardware repairs as needed Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Sciences and Technology or a related field Essential Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Quick learner with new software Comfortable communicating with all organizational levels Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Physical Requirements: Must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA. Remote work is not an option for this position.
