Salary banding: £45,000 - £50,000

THIS ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

This role involves a significant focus on team leadership and development within an analytical context. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of analytic engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and identifying/addressing any performance gaps with corrective actions. You will also play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and analyzing team performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, continuously driving sprint velocity and addressing missed targets.
Beyond team management, this role requires close collaboration with the Operational Analytics Lead to ensure that deliverables are met on time and aligned with other priorities. You need to ensure the team’s outputs are robust and contribute effectively to business objectives. The emphasis is on building a strong, technically proficient, and high-performing team capable of delivering consistent and impactful results.
