Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Oversees the efficient operation of the Field Operations Department through the supervision and coordination of telecommunication services throughout the assigned service area. Provides technical support, coaching to, and advocates for technicians on all services provided by TruVista. Develops and maintains records to allow reference, analysis and monitoring of Field Operations personnel, components and equipment. Recommends improvements to plant and equipment. Initiates or recommends purchases of equipment, tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience with telecommunications installation/repair required.
  • Must be familiar with and have experience with operating a bucket truck.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Must be eligible and willing to obtain any required medical certification and/or license needed to operate a commercial vehicle
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, to include driver history, medical and drug test, and criminal history.
  • Must be capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
  • Must be available to work outside normal business hours when necessary
