Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Operations Specialist on the Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and contingent roles across our consulting practice. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and external vendors to deliver fast, high-quality hires that align with Capco’s growth and client needs. You will get the chance to use your coding skills to qualify and attract talent to Capco. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while shaping our contract workforce strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Conduct CodePair assessments for technical talent, i.e Java, Python, React, SQL
  • Utilize your development skills to assess technical talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors, MSPs, and agencies.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with efficient and timely communication.
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain data accuracy, and share insights and metrics with leadership..
  • Champion consistent and standardized recruitment practices across the business.
