This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement. Technical Operations Specialist - Claims (Motor/ A&H) Claims Operations (Supporting Hong Kong) Processing General Insurance Claims includes, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements. The ultimate objective is to facilitate a streamlined and accurate claims handling process, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions for a diverse range of non-motor insurance policies in Hong Kong. We will count on you to: Adjudication and processing of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time. Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid. Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients. Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks. Provide advice to clients on queries related to policy coverage, claims preparation and operation and other advisory role. Effective interpersonal skills, presentation and competency in insurance claims management Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes. Proactively identify problems with the team or client and provide solutions. Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
