Desirable

• Previous experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
• Relevant Health & Safety or Food Safety qualifications.
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Technical Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our food manufacturing process, playing a crucial role in bringing our well-loved products to life. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Ingredient Preparation & Batching: Precisely measuring and preparing ingredients to ensure our recipes are followed perfectly.
• Operating Production Machinery: Setting up, running, and monitoring advanced machinery used for mixing, cooking, and filling our products into their familiar packaging.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting vital quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring our products consistently meet our high standards.
• Maintenance Support: Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment to keep our lines running smoothly, working closely with our Engineering team.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards for machinery and work areas, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and clean environment.
