This is a remote position. Technical Operator (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (1-hour unpaid break) We are seeking a Technical Operator who can manage daily QA, maintain AI voice-agent configurations, and perform structured technical tasks across workflows and systems. This is not an engineering role—it is a technical virtual assistant position focused on repeatable, SOP-driven tasks that require accuracy, moderate technical aptitude, and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Quality & Configuration Perform daily QA on AI voice-agent calls Review call logs and identify failures, inconsistencies, or escalation points Update VAPI configurations through simple API workflows Adjust prompts, system instructions, and routing logic based on performance Run daily regression tests to ensure stability and quality Maintain consistency across all active AI agent lines Technical Workflows & System Updates Work with JSON-based configurations and structured SOPs Execute simple API calls for system updates Use AI tools (GPT/Claude) to accelerate writing, testing, and updating prompts Document changes and maintain clear update logs Website & Admin Support Perform basic website and landing-page edits (copy, links, minor layout adjustments) Support administrative work such as slides, outlines, and documentation Assist with light outreach tasks when required Qualifications Moderate technical aptitude; able to follow structured workflows Comfortable working with JSON, basic APIs, and AI productivity tools Strong attention to detail for reviewing calls and updating agent logic Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple systems Capable of learning new tools and processes quickly Organized, dependable, and able to follow SOPs accurately Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_29913_JOB
