As an integrated wealth business now serving retail investors, superannuation members and a wide range of financial professionals, Betashares is expanding its customer engagement strategies and integrating technologies to make more personalised, automated and effective communication journeys and digital experiences.
With a solid data and Martech foundation in place (CDP + Braze + Cloud Data Warehouse), we are seeking a Technical Personalisation & Lifecycle Specialist to take our digital engagement strategy to the next level. This role sits within the Marketing team and will work closely with Product, Data, and Technology teams to design and deliver multi-channel lifecycle programs that are both personalised and scalable.
The role will focus on the technical setup of sophistical multi-channel campaigns that are tightly integrated into our various customer lifecycle journeys. This role is ideal for someone who understands the end-to-end mechanics of lifecycle campaigns and is comfortable working across data structures, APIs, and platform integrations to improve digital experiences.
