Position Overview The position will responsible for developing and managing annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans for heavy equipment / truck, while ensuring all preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities are executed according to schedule Responsibilities Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans, and update maintenance activities as required. Monitor the implementation of maintenance activities, including periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance, to ensure they align with the established maintenance plan. Coordinate the management and control of facilities and infrastructure, tools and utilities, as well as materials for the maintenance program, to ensure maintenance activities run properly. Conduct analysis and evaluation of maintenance activities and provide improvement recommendations to ensure maintenance is carried out more effectively and efficiently. Prepare monthly reports related to the maintenance departments performance, including equipment performance, tools and utilities reports, and maintenance costs. Control and maintain documentation of all maintenance activities, including historical files, repair reports, warranty documentation, and overall equipment performance records. Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler Experience working in Heavy Equipment / Truck operations company Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya.
