REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Mechanical/electrical trade background with electric motor experience highly desirable yet not essential.
• Previous experience working in a planning role in heavy manufacturing would be ideal.
• Previous working knowledge and experience in a MRP and a high level of computer literacy.
• An ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people both internal and external to the organization, while building strong relationships
