JOB SUMMARY Responsible for planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance works on all equipment using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). JOB DESCRIPTION Resource Management Plan and schedule the work required for maintenance including planning for material, labor and supporting equipment Assets Management Establish a comprehensive masterplan for all equipment planned maintenance program. Review and revise the maintenance of the daily, weekly and monthly planned maintenance Hand over work packages to Maintenance Department for planned maintenance Inform the Engineering M&R Management team on the actual day of arrangement of supporting equipment from store to machine Create maintenance Work Request that is raised by Team Leaders/Duty Managers Inventory Management Issue material request form to Warehouse based on the maintenance planning requirements Documentation Controller Create PR and communicate, expedite with Procurement Department for issuance of PO Key peer relationship maintenance Communicate with Operations and Equipment Maintenance team on the latest update of planned maintenance Communicate and coordinate with Operation and Maintenance team on equipment PTP WoW Maturity Prepare and compile weekly and monthly KPI reports in accordance to the timeline established by the management Prepare and evaluate PMDS for subordinates Any other duties that are assigned by superior which is not stated at the above­mentioned to achieve the departmental and sectional objectives. REQUIREMENT Possess Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent / related experience. 2 years experience in similar planning capacity. Interpersonal skill: Ability to communicate with various departments and levels for planning of departmental activities. Analytical: Ability to analyze data and to see the trending or pattern and sound feedback to the team. Ability to comply with regulation and standard operating procedures. Initiative: Ability to be self-starter and to take necessary actions for effective and efficient job performance with less supervision. Computer literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office. Ability to write and speak in English is an advantage.
