WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Be the key technical lead for custom and made-to-order panels - from initial sales order to factory delivery.
• Create and manage CAD drawings and production-ready designs for non-standard and patterned products.
• Use in-house tools (e.g. Hebel Designer) to import and prepare orders for manufacture.
• Liaise closely with the engineering team to ensure all designs are compliant and “fit for purpose”.
• Interface with customer service, production planners, factory operators, and the CSR tech team to keep projects moving.
• Apply lean principles and continuous improvement to our custom design process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from the shop floor with confidence.
• Keep stakeholders in the loop at all stages of the process.
