To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a key professional to drive our processes, oversight, and synchronization across Solutions, R&D, and Product: Technical PMO & Solutions Operations. This is an internal operations role designed to define and maintain our "production line." Why Join us? null Responsibilities Jira Mastery: Architecture and setup of Jira workflows, advanced dashboards, and automations for full task oversight. Resource Management: Planning and tracking capacity across R&D and DevOps to synchronize technical installations. Process Management: Building work methodologies and playbooks to sync Sales, Solutions, and Product departments. Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Technical PMO or Operations Manager Expert-level Jira skills: Proven experience in building workflows, automations, and complex dashboards. Technical understanding of the SDLC and system deployment (On-prem/Cloud). ✔️ Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to drive cross-departmental processes.
