ROLE OVERVIEW

Join VoCoVo as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (m/f/d) and help leading retailers unlock the power of our communication solutions. Combine tech expertise with customer engagement across Europe! As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant you will travel across Europe and the UK to attend key meetings and training sessions (up to 20% travel - 80% working from home)
To apply for this Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (m/f/d) role, you must be fluent in both German and English, legally authorised to work in Germany, and based within a commutable distance of Düsseldorf.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the technical expert in customer discussions, supporting the sales team in presenting VoCoVo’s solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both customers and internal sales teams
  • Support the proof-of-concept (PoC) process, ensuring customers fully understand and experience our technology before implementation
  • Work closely with product teams to stay informed about new developments and relay customer feedback for future improvements
  • Assist in technical documentation, including FAQs and knowledge bases, to support both customers and sales teams
  • Provide competitor insights and technical positioning to help drive business success in the DACH and wider European region
  • Travel across Europe and the UK to attend key meetings and training sessions (up to 20% travel - 80% working from home)
