  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications is essential for report generation and data analysis.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
