Job Description: Technical Pre-Sales / GTM Solutions Engineer – Voice AI Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Team: Blue Machines Role Type: Full-time About Blue Machines Blue Machines builds next-generation agentic voice AI for enterprise workflows. We design and deliver conversational AI agents powered by GenAI, helping clients automate high-value interactions across industries (e.g. BFSI, Commerce, Healthcare). Role Overview We are looking for Voice AI Solutions / Pre-Sales Engineer(s) to partner with our enterprise sales team in driving complex customer engagements. This role will act as the technical counterpart to account executives, supporting customer conversations, delivering customized demos, and addressing deep technical queries. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technical discussions, and translate enterprise requirements into Voice AI use cases, demo flows, and solution architectures. What You’ll Do ● Support enterprise sales teams in customer meetings, discovery sessions, and technical discussions ● Handle L2/L3 technical conversations with customer’s business and engineering stakeholders ● Deliver customized demos aligned to customer workflows and industry use cases ● Design demo scenarios using prompting and conversation configuration ● Translate business requirements into Voice AI solution approaches and architectures ● Explain system architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment models ● Support POCs and technical evaluations during enterprise sales cycles ● Enable sales teams with better technical positioning and product understanding What We’re Looking For ● Typically 3–7 years of experience in client-facing, consulting, customer success, product, implementation, account management, pre-sales, or other solution-oriented roles ● Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and credibly to customers ● Comfort in understanding and explaining technical concepts such as workflows, integrations, APIs, system behavior, and solution architecture ● Hands-on curiosity with AI tools, agents, prompting, bot building, or workflow platforms ● Ability to connect business requirements with practical solution thinking ● Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams to help move deals forward ● Interest in working with large enterprises and navigating complex stakeholder environments What May Help ● Experience working with enterprise customers, especially in traditional or regulated industries such as BFSI ● Exposure to pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or solutioning roles ● Familiarity with Voice AI, conversational AI, automation platforms, or enterprise software environments ● Engineering x business educational background Why Join Blue Machines ● Work on cutting-edge GenAI agents with real clients and impact ● Be part of a small, high-ownership team shaping delivery from scratch ● High visibility and autonomy — your work directly impacts success ● Space to grow: shape rituals, tooling, and delivery culture from the ground up 📬 How to Apply Email careers@bluemachines.ai with your resume.
