abra is looking for a highly motivated Technical Presales Lead to join our growing Microsoft practice. In this role, you will lead the customer-facing technical engagement across our Microsoft portfolio, helping organizations design and adopt modern cloud solutions powered by Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand business challenges, design tailored solutions, deliver technical presentations and demos, and support opportunities through the full presales lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead technical presales activities for Microsoft solutions and services Conduct discovery meetings and solution architecture sessions with customers Design and present solutions based on Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft Cloud technologies Deliver customized demos, workshops, and technical presentations Collaborate with sales teams to build winning proposals and customer strategies Provide guidance around cloud architecture, security, identity, and licensing Support customers throughout the decision-making and solution design process Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, especially in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Identity & Security solutions, Cloud infrastructure and platform services Experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or customer-facing technical roles Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Commercial or business-oriented mindset Experience working alongside sales teams Microsoft certifications
