THE ROLE:
Build and demonstrate our products to potential clients in a manner which aligns to their business challenges. Act as a bridge between prospective clients, the product and implementations teams. Learn customer pain points and feed this back to Product to increase commercial appeal of our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations (out of the box and bespoke proof of concepts) to prospective and current clients/partners
· Liaising with those developing the product to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers
· Feeding back thoughts on the product, user behaviours or any potential changes clients or prospective customers would like in the product
· Conducting research in the industry – including competitor research
· Researching new markets and uses for the product based on your knowledge of the capabilities of the product
· Build new “use cases” on the platform based on the market research above.
· A bridge between Sales/Marketing, implementations and technology/Product.
· Demonstrate new platform features to the business to enable upsell – including what they do and how they benefit the client
· Train implementation services on the requirements of new use cases
