Responsibilities

SYNOPSIS OF THE ROLE

As a Technical Product Analyst, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring data integrity including monitoring of timely file and record updates, identifying data discrepancies, communicating with clients to correct errors, and handling data escalations from consumers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Investigate and resolve internal and/or external clients’ requests of complex access, configuration, compliance, functionality issues that have been escalated from external and internal clients.
  • Troubleshoot using different production and support applications, file archives, logs, and technical team contacts to resolve reported problems.
  • Work with other teams on issue resolutions (when needed). Maintain team documentation, participating in and support service improvement efforts.
  • Communicate with requesters while working on problems professionally (requests for additional information, status updates, resolutions, conference calls).
  • Provide during- and after-business hours on-call support for urgent requests. Participate in promotion testing (after hours).
