Responsibilities
  • Oversee product management and roadmap alignment for HubSpot CRM and CDP. This also includes customer data products like Wheelie (an AI email drafter), Segmentation, LTV, roll over deals & churn deals, insights, etc.
  • Manage and own with the team the Service, Marketing, and Sales modules of HubSpot, ensuring system ownership by key users while maintaining overall platform management.
  • Enable the business and Tech teams that use customer data (products) with a hands-on mentality.
  • Prioritize technical feature requests and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement customer data strategies that improve personalization, customer engagement, and retention within the customer base.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of data products like Wheelie, segmentation, uplift models, LTV by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support business (facing) teams with useable and enriched customer data.
  • Ensure the quality and governance of customer data within the CRM and CDP platform.
  • Define and track success metrics for customer data products and report on the value delivered to the business.
  • Manage and own technical setup emailing connectors.
