Description
Location: San Francisco Experience: 3–6 years in product or technical program management at a SaaS startup We are transitioning from rapid feature development to a phase focused on optimization, iteration, and measurable outcomes. This role will help bring structure and clarity to how we plan, scope, and deliver product work as we scale. The Role As Gumloop’s Technical Product Manager, you will bridge strategy and execution by turning ideas into actionable roadmaps, ensuring every feature ships with clear success metrics, and keeping engineering focused on the highest impact priorities. You will help strengthen our product development systems from planning and tracking to analytics and reporting so the entire team can move faster with better visibility. What You’ll Do Translate product strategy into clear, scoped initiatives with defined success metrics Partner with engineering and design to plan, prioritize, and execute product work Maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with company goals and OKRs Set up and manage systems for tracking progress, outcomes, and learnings Conduct lightweight user research and analyze usage data to identify opportunities Communicate context, priorities, and updates clearly across teams What You Bring Strong technical understanding and comfort working closely with engineers Experience managing complex projects and roadmaps at a SaaS or PLG company Analytical mindset and fluency with product analytics tools such as PostHog or Amplitude Excellent organizational and communication skills Bias for speed, clarity, and measurable impact Nice to Have Experience in high growth startups or early stage environments Background in workflow automation, productivity, or dev tools Experience with AI or LLM driven products Why Join Gumloop Help define and operationalize how Gumloop builds and ships product High impact role focused on execution, structure, and measurable outcomes Work with an experienced, fast moving team that values clarity and ownership In office role in San Francisco
