Define and drive the IAM product vision, aligning with enterprise security goals, compliance requirements, and customer needs. Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access governance capabilities. Engage directly with customers to understand pain points, workflows, and business objectives to shape product features that deliver measurable impact. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and secure product delivery. Demonstrate a strong grasp of IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.), APIs, and integration models to guide technical decision-making. Define KPIs and success metrics for adoption, performance, and security posture improvements across IAM solutions. Continuously evaluate IAM trends, vendors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and influence product innovation. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in IAM, security, or infrastructure platform domains. 5+ years of proven experience in delivering technical products involving identity federation, access control, authentication, and directory services. 5+ years of Hands-on familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ForgeRock, or equivalent IAM platforms.
