Your mission at Mercanis At Mercanis, we are building the Agentic AI Procurement Suite that powers the procurement of tomorrow, digital, transparent, and intelligent. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for Integrations who will connect our technology with the enterprise systems that support global procurement. In this role, you will define and own the strategy for how Mercanis integrates with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and other third-party platforms. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring that our integrations are robust, secure, and deliver measurable value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps and successful implementations. Your Responsibilities on this role You will own the product vision for integrations, defining how Mercanis connects to enterprise procurement ecosystems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Coupa. You will translate business and customer requirements into clear technical specifications, enabling our engineering teams to build reliable and scalable APIs. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients and partners, designing integration solutions that fit their infrastructure, data structures, and workflows. You will define and maintain data flow standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across systems. You will analyze integration performance and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved developer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery. You will contribute to internal documentation and processes, creating clarity and efficiency in how integrations are designed, tested, and maintained. Role requirements 5–8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solution Engineering, or Systems Integration, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software A solid understanding of API design principles, data exchange standards (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), and modern integration architectures Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or Coupa, including procurement and supplier management processes Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements and communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders Experience working with enterprise clients or technical partners to scope, deliver, and maintain integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments Fluency in German and English A valid work permit for Germany Tech context you’ll work within Integration Technologies: REST APIs, webhooks, iPaaS and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) ERP & Procurement Systems: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Infrastructure: AWS and a modern, microservices-based SaaS architecture Data Management: PostgreSQL and related enterprise data exchange mechanisms Why to join us here at Mercanis?
