For our high-precision instruments with applications in industry and research, we are looking for a competent and communicative Product Manager (f/m/d) to cover parental leave. In this role, you will be responsible for the global success of a product group in our portfolio. Job Description As a product manager, you will be responsible for the economic success of your products throughout their entire product life cycle and will independently implement the strategies you have developed for successful marketing. You will work closely with sales, marketing, development, application, service, and manufacturing on a daily basis. Systematic exchange with our sales department, monitoring the competition, and market analysis are part of your daily work and a source of inspiration for product strategy decisions. In training courses, seminars, and webinars, you will impart knowledge about our devices and inspire our customers and international partners with enthusiasm for our products. Qualifications You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, industrial engineering, technology management, or similar) and a strong understanding of business administration. You have several years of professional experience in international product management or in the sale of technically sophisticated products. You work in an analytical and structured manner, think and act entrepreneurially and goal-oriented. You are characterized by initiative, assertiveness, and a strong desire to further develop your products. You are interested in other cultures and enjoy working with people. You are fluent in spoken and written German and English. We require you to be willing to travel worldwide on business (travel activity 20-30%).
