EIM is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions that transform healthcare. • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate with end-users, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to define problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
• Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, rapid prototyping, and iterative development to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Innovation & Commercialization: Push boundaries with forward-thinking approaches and identify opportunities for commercialization.
• Leadership & Facilitation: Act as a servant leader—clearing roadblocks, fostering team growth, and driving continuous improvement.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure secure management of information systems, enforce least privilege/functionality principles, and support incident response activities.
