We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to focus on ERP connectors, with a strong emphasis on Oracle integrations. This hybrid role blends both technical and functional aspects of product management, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with organizational systems. You will work with the latest technologies to drive innovation and enhance connectivity across enterprise platforms.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with cloud/SaaS offerings, and/or experience in the middleware market with strong technical acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products/competitors.
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and/or priorities.
- Implementation experience of major ERP Financials systems (ex. Oracle, SAP, MS D365, NetSuite, Workday Financials) and a good understanding of indirect tax is preferred.
- Good Understanding / exposure to SAFe Agile as a Product Owner is highly suggested.
- Strong presentation skills for external presentations to various sized audiences.
- Metrics-oriented and customer focused, with a strong interest in speaking with customers regularly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
- Quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach and incredible attention to detail.
- Relentless optimism and strong work ethic.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Six (6) plus years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager in ERP, financial systems.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)
- Previous experience with SaaS, Cloud solutions.
- Experience with indirect tax preferred
- Experience in implementing Oracle Financials, including Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 preferred
- Understanding the Software Development life Cycle and SAFe Agile
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
