REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, technical architectures, and cloud computing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of driving product innovation and successful product launches.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

As a Technical Product Manager, where you’ll drive the development and execution of our internal value-driven product strategy solution set. Work with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and propel the product roadmap forward. With your technical expertise and strategic vision, ensure our offerings evolve to meet the dynamic needs of our sales team and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company goals, finding opportunities for innovation in sales processes.
Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Work closely with collaborators to collect and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback business goal. Translate goals into actionable product features.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical liaison between product management, engineering, and other teams, providing guidance on technical feasibility and implementation strategies.
Release Planning and Execution: Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to plan and implement product releases. Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage customers through interviews, surveys, and user testing to collect feedback. Advocate for customer needs in product decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Communicate product updates and priorities regularly.
