Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Singlewire, you’ll be a key driver in shaping the future of our life-saving products. You’ll:

  • Own the Product Vision: Translate business strategy into a clear product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Be a Customer Champion: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Innovate and Prioritize: Proactively identify and prioritize high-potential ideas, assess current competitor offerings, and seek opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work hand-in-hand with agile software development teams (developers, QA, project managers, and UX) to develop innovative new features and see initiatives through to fruition.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to track product performance, inform strategic decisions, and appraise new product ideas with appropriate go-to-market plans.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure Quality: Participate in acceptance testing to ensure completed work meets requirements and delivers value.
