Welcome to Love's! We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled leader to serve as Product Owner for Supply Chain Technologies. The Technical Product Manager serves as an operational and strategic liaison within the technology team who partners with business leaders to align the vision, roadmap, and execution of both internally developed and third-party solutions that support key business areas. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative innovator with a strong understanding of supply chain systems and stakeholder engagement. *Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide sponsorship for employment visas now or in the future.* Job Functions: Product Management Own the technical direction for supply chain solutions across the designated business domains. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Maintain and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of roadmap features. Create feature plans and story boards to support roadmap communication and functionality delivery. Define and communicate the product vision for AI features and capabilities, aligning initiatives with business value. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to inform product strategy. Collaboration Build and maintain effective relationships with management, peers, business product owners, and internal stakeholders. Partner with business-aligned teams to elicit and clarify requirements, ensuring cross-team alignment and value determination. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep initiatives on track. Work closely with business leaders to review and approve conceptual solution designs. Documentation Prepare relevant documentation to establish a shard understanding of solutions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide enhancements. Communicate solution capabilities to business and IT partners to maximize technology investments. Prepare business cases, use cases, and financial analysis of solutions. Translate business problems or opportunities into AI-powered solutions. Strategic Planning & Innovation Conduct SWOT analyses for Supply Chain solutions within designated business areas. Stay informed on emerging supply chain technologies and evaluate their inclusion in the roadmap. Partner with architects to maintain architecture documentation and manage technical debt. Design strategic business domain architecture in conjunction with application architects and functional teams. Prioritize data acquisition and governance efforts to support AI development Set KPIs for AI models and monitor performance. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and AI retraining strategies. Execution & Support Lead and conduct request for information (RFI)/request for proposal (RFP) processes for new technologies and develop value propositions for new products and services. Align roadmaps across business and solution platform teams. Support issue resolution and root cause analysis for high-impact defects. Development & Communication Mentor team members and encourage continuous learning and skill development. Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to team members. Provide status updates to senior management and escalate issues as needed · Other duties assigned as needed Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology 8+ years experience with: Vendor/Solution RFP and evaluation/recommendation Full life cycle implementations Product ownership and feature planning Business case preparation Thorough knowledge of Software Development and Project Management Lifecycles Skills: Effectively handle multiple competing priorities in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with multiple audiences within IT and business areas at the appropriate level Anticipate issues for potential solutions and provide workarounds Capability to compose strategic documents and effectively deliver presentations Demonstrates a strong dedication to customer commitment and operates with a high level of autonomy.
