We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Product Manager to join our global Digital Transformation & Analytics team. This role requires solid project management experience, a strong understanding of data platforms and enterprise IT landscapes, and familiarity with SAP systems and Azure Databricks. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of global and regional data and analytics initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in our digital transformation by helping to build a modern, scalable data platform based on Azure Databricks, with direct sponsorship and support from our executive board. You will actively lead Scrum teams, applying Agile methodologies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Your responsibilities will include managing technical product team’s working on ETL processes, constructing data models, and delivering data-driven products that enable advanced analytics, AI applications, IoT solutions, RPA workflows, and cloud-based platforms.

You will work closely with both local and global teams, bridging business expertise from the Sensory and Consumer domains with our IT PMO and DTA Delivery Management practice.The Position:

  • Define product goals and vision.
  • Create and own the product roadmap, and product backlog.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects, including data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouse enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align data initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate globally distributed teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards throughout project execution.
  • Support change management, user training, and adoption activities for new data solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and refining delivery practices.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years technical background / data focused roles and 2+ years of IT project/product management experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.Proven experience leading teams using Agile methodologies.
