TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Join our team! We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can work across multiple projects concurrently. These will include ensuring customers can take advantage of their knowledge while maintaining full control of their data, determining next generation search and retrieval and ensuring customer content is stored and managed across products with a minimum of effort and expenditure, while maximizing security and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

In this opportunity as a Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Uses industry awareness to inform product strategy
  • Understand customer problem statements including those of consuming product’s customers, and experiences to be solved
  • Understands and can take an active part in technical discussions and outputs (e.g. architectural diagram sand decisions) while not overstepping the product role
  • Ensure user stories are “ready” and have correct acceptance criteria for product engineering to start work and QA to test against
  • Evangelizes the product vision to agile product engineering teams
  • Effectively leads agile team ceremonies with development and QA
  • Experience of delivering value quickly, breaking bigger projects down into fast, deliverable chunks of value
  • Experience delivering products into live, measuring and evaluating success and adjusting accordingly
  • Seeks to understand business and process
  • Experienced in working across multiple competing product teams
  • Product ownership for multiple products scrum teams and ownership of the product backlog.
  • Work with the Director of Product Management to ensure that the roadmap for the working quarter is well understood by the team and break the deliverables into epics and features for the backlog.
  • Ensure that the product backlog is up to date and prioritized with stories to keep the engineering team effective and fully occupied.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide product release updates and status to stakeholders at the end of every sprint.
  • Publish release notes according to the release cadence and communicate them to customers.
  • Share the responsibility of maintaining product-relevant documentation and publishing monthly updates with the product manager.
  • Building simple yet efficient workflows in synergy with the technology team as the customer’s voice leads to a fantastic customer experience.
