Overview At PepsiCo's eCommerce team, we are building the next generation of innovative products using emerging technologies and design thinking. We plan to use the latest technologies and tools to build B2B/D2C retail experiences, cross-functional automation products, and impactful internal platform solutions. We're looking for a versatile Product Manager who brings along a prior Supply Chain or Enterprise Technology platform background, with a demonstrated experience of developing solutions in an agile and lean environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with business, engineering, marketing, and product management teams to set product development priorities and design and deliver solutions Define product requirements documents for internal tools-based solutions with a focus on an enterprise platform, workflows, APIs, decisions/rules engine, etc. Review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver successful product improvements Research and identify new opportunities to innovate in eCommerce Engage and influence partners in the space of technology capabilities and digital innovation Work closely with design and engineering to bring products to life Stay current with competitors and emerging technology Manage technology vendor relationships Manage Direct Store Delivery models and relationships Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications BA/BS in technical or related field 6+ years experience in product management working with design and engineering teams Experience in configuration/integration to ERP, in particular SAP, including proper handling of financial transactions, would be a plus Comfortable with large data systems – Teradata, Snowflake, Postgres a big plus.
