You can learn more about us at: http://www.cesltd.com/ Job Specification: Technical Product Owner Team: Investment Risk & Research (Engineering Solutions) Role Overview The Technical Product Owner (TPO) will define and manage the delivery roadmap for Portfolio Analytics initiatives within the TIME platform. This includes driving Aladdin technical debt remediation, migration of performance attribution workflows, and modernization of data and reporting processes. The TPO will partner closely with onshore product leads, quants, and engineering teams to align technical priorities with business outcomes. Responsibilities • Analyze and mitigate root causes of portfolio analysis system instability; recommend improvements. • Assess performance and migration-related reports; define target-state strategy (Cloud-Native/TIME). • Maintain a 2–3 month agile roadmap, ensuring predictable delivery across sprints. • Partner with developers, quants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable backlog items. • Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to business goals. • Oversee UAT, documentation, and release readiness for all deliverables. Required Skills & Experience • 5–8 years as a product owner or BA within asset management or risk/performance technology developing solution designs. • Strong understanding of Aladdin capabilities, performance measurement, and returns attribution. • Experience with SQL or Python to perform data analysis to inform business requirements and solutions • Experience managing complex roadmaps in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred Skills • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication. • Ability to coordinate global delivery teams and manage dependencies across time zones.
