Abound Health is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our OnTarget team. In this fully remote role, you will report to the Director of Product Management. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and development teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance our technology platform and drive business value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience writing functional requirements within a software product team.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience mapping business workflows to software processes.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working in a remote environment.

EDUCATION:

• BA/BS degree required.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with ERP or EHR systems.
• Knowledge of IDD services or provider environments.
• UX/UI design experience.
• Programming knowledge is a plus.

• Collaborate with the product team to align the product roadmap with strategic business goals.
• Define scope and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories.
• Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize features for development.
• Ensure developed features meet acceptance criteria and deliver customer value.
• Act as a product ambassador for internal and external stakeholders.
• Own the communication of release notes and product updates.
• Manage individual product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert during development and QA phases.
