Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive product delivery across Capital Markets / FRTB initiatives.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business, regulatory and technology requirements.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery items.
Manage and prioritise product backlogs.
Work closely with developers, architects and technical teams throughout delivery.
Support solution design, data flows and technical requirements.
Challenge and validate proposed technical solutions where appropriate.
Coordinate delivery across business and technology stakeholders.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, business and technical requirements.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Key ExperienceProven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or similar within Capital Markets.
Strong experience working with FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book).
Experience delivering technology change within Market Risk / Investment Banking / Trading environments.
Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data.
Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL technologies would be highly desirable.
Demonstrable experience working closely with software engineering and technical delivery teams.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, requirements and product backlogs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Consultancy experience would be advantageous.
