JOB DESCRIPTION

• BA activities and processes at least 5 - 6 years
• Working experience of working in Agile team.
• Strong Experince in SAFE and PI Planning
• Eliciting business requirements, writing user stories, application demo, user training and post-deployment support.
• Working with architects to analyze, develop and implement business requirements.
• Demonstrating knowledge of business processes and systems to understand the impact of system analysis and design decisions on business objectives.
• Conducting requirement workshops with client, business user and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements and documenting functional requirements meticulously.
• Expertise in requirement gathering & analysis through user interaction, domain knowledge & business process study (AS IS), GAP analysis (TO-BE) and application workflow / process flow.
• Liaising with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
• Analyze new issues found at customer level and proposing resolutions/enhancements and preparing use case.
• Extensive experience in project coordination involving stakeholder interaction; project planning, estimation, monitoring & progress reporting; expectation & risk management; cross-functional team interactions.
• Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC), bug lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Conducting business user acceptance testing (UAT) and application demo with client stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision, tight deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities with proactive, creative & focused approach to business needs with high analytical, interpersonal, and team playing skills.
• Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

• Basic SOQL queries
• Working experience in the financial sector like Insurance.
• Salesforce Experince Good to have
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
