As a Technical Product Owner at Focused Support LLC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding product development and ensuring alignment with customer needs. This position is essential for driving the success of our technology solutions and enhancing user experience.

Backlog Management & Requirements Gathering

• Translate the SME’s product vision, roadmap, and UI/UX designs into clear, actionable Jira developer stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain a well-groomed backlog to ensure development readiness and alignment with SME priorities and completion timelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to interpret designs and document requirements for developers.
• Work with the test team to ensure acceptance criteria are testable and comprehensive.
• Must have experience working with external customers
