Description

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be the strategic driver of product value within an agile delivery team. You will own the product backlog, align product goals with business strategy, and ensure that development efforts deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder engagement.

  • You translate business needs into technically feasible product solutions, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform standards, and collaborate with architects and technical leads to design system-level representations, APIs, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Furthermore, you refine the backlog with a focus on technical enablers, performance, scalability, and maintainability, and define as well as communicate a compelling product vision aligned with overarching goals.
  • Equally important is translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and backlog items, managing the product backlog, and ensuring backlog items meet the Definition of Ready and Done.
  • You maintain alignment with customer needs, act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, and gather and refine requirements through continuous collaboration.
  • You facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, champion agile principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Last but not least, you oversee timely, high-quality product delivery, analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity, and ensure the product remains competitive and meets user expectations.

ABOUT US

We are stepping up to change the world!
trinamiX is a high-tech company developing innovative solutions in the fields of biometric authentication and mobile NIR spectroscopy. Through them, we are completely redefining the boundaries of what is possible for industrial customers and consumers alike - whether it is the security of personal data, the ability to conserve natural resources, or the shaping of one’s own health.
To do this, we harness the hidden world of data around us and work closely with strong partners from a variety of international markets, including the smartphone and automotive industries.
Headquartered in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, trinamiX GmbH was founded in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of BASF SE. While we live the spirit of a high-tech startup, we are supported by one of the world’s leading chemical companies. As a result, more than 200 employees worldwide work operationally independently while being able to rely on the security, expertise and experience of the BASF Group.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic people to join our team and change the world together with us!
