Technical Product Owner (m/w/d)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in Product Management: Proven experience in product management or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering products
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software development processes and technology-driven products, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams
  • Mobile App and Customer Engagement Experience: Practical experience in mobile apps and mechanisms that drive customer engagement
  • User Story Management: Ability to write, manage, and test user stories, as well as engage in discussions with developers on an equal footing
  • Organized and Reliable: A strong, well-organized work ethic with a clear sense of responsibility; comfortable with clear communication and effective team collaboration
  • Independent Working Style: A self-driven, committed approach to work, coupled with an openness to exploring new methodologies and approaches
  • Doing Mindset: A strong action-oriented mindset that is based on knowledge and favourable experinece in lean startup, lean analytics, product measurement and testing
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, particularly in areas such as market research, data analysis, and strategic product planning
  • Agile Process Experience: Initial hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as working within agile processes (e.g., SCRUM)
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey ideas and concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, particularly the Product Manager and Lead Architect, to ensure smooth communication and the clear, accurate transmission of requirements. Subsequently, assess the received requirements for technical feasibility and implement them seamlessly
  • Prioritization and Planning: Take responsibility for the continuous prioritization of tickets and the updating of the IT roadmap, ensuring that key tasks receive the attention they need to meet project deadlines efficiently
  • Performance and Capacity Management: Regularly analyse the performance matrix to monitor team capacity, ensuring workloads are balanced and productivity remains high while promoting long-term team success
  • Tracking and Monitoring: Ensure consistent tracking of all IT-related tasks, making sure no task is overlooked, and every ticket progresses steadily toward completion, maintaining a smooth workflow
  • Leading the Scrum Process: Drive the Scrum process by moderating key ceremonies such as refinements, grooming sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and sprint planning to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery
  • Quality Assurance of Tickets: Review tickets thoroughly to ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that each task meets the expectations of both the team and stakeholders
