The Technical Product Owner – Regionals is a leader with a customer-centric mentality, responsible for business partnering with senior leaders and technology teams to drive strategy and implement solutions within areas of IT and the Engineering and Maintenance businesses across the Qantas Group.
The Technical Product Owner is accountable, through their squads, for the delivery of strategies, features, enhancements, projects and initiatives. They are also responsible for developing a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation across both direct and indirect reporting lines.
You will guide and mentor cross-functional squads and vendors to ensure features are delivered to commitments, and the products meet their service levels and are secure and resilient by design. The role works closely with various business owners to provide a single point of accountability across Plan, Build and Run IT functions for designated products and their underlying technology sub-systems.
