Initially, you will work as part of a compact DevOps team where development and operations collaborate closely. As the number of participants grows, the organization is evolving into a mature service organization with a service desk and support organization.This means that your role also evolves: from a hands-on director within a small team to a Service Delivery Manager responsible for mission-critical service delivery.You will join an innovative environment where technology, collaboration, and societal impact come together. You will be given the opportunity to help build a new service organization from the ground up and have a direct influence on how service delivery is structured and continues to grow.You work together with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and stakeholders from both the public and private sectors and make a direct contribution to a reliable digital infrastructure for the logistics chain.You are someone who maintains an overview, takes ownership, and easily switches between technology, operations, and business.
