Technical Product Owners (TPO) are the “front door” to multiple product engineering teams, owning the back-logs of work spread across feature, function, non-functional (NFR), BAU, Technical Debt, spikes, and ceremonies. Leading and empowering their teams, the TPO acts as a “voice of the customer”, partnering with business counterparts to lead the lifecycle for designated technology products and the underlying applications in their domain. We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Owner for a business-facing technical role that requires a strategic balance between driving business process improvements and overseeing platform customizations. The TPO should have strong functional Salesforce knowledge , with the ability to elicit business requirements and to guide the business on Salesforce best practice processes and capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business goals while maintaining platform integrity. This role demands the confidence and judgment to push back on non-essential requests, prioritizing high-impact changes and managing stakeholder expectations effectively to deliver scalable, sustainable outcomes.
